• Overiya-Turysm

    As the number of travel companies using the “Overiya-Turysm” software package is currently growing, there appeared a definite need for experts capable of using the tools of business processes automating effectively and in full.
    According to the Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Ukraine № 1/9-456 on 09.06.2011 “On Implementing “Overiya-Turysm” Software Complex”, one of the priorities of “Overiya” company nowadays is active collaboration with educational institutions of Ukraine with implementing “Overiya-Turysm” software in the classrooms.
    “Overiya” company, together with Kharkiv National University of Economics, have developed a training guide to work with “Overiya-Turysm” software complex approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and recommended as the one to be used by teachers and students of tourism disciplines in order to enrich the learning material with IT technologies, and help students write laboratory, course and diploma projects using “Overiya-Turysm” software system.
    The “Overiya-Turysm” software complex is a modular solution for automation of travel companies’ activities. It allows to:
    • collect partners and clients data and work with these databases;
    • receive and process orders within the program;
    • prepare and print out customer invoices, bills, contracts and agreements that already contain all the information about the tourist and the service chosen with only one click;
    • enter and monitor payments both of clients and partners. All documents, orders, payments are created and stored in a database program that allows one to quickly obtain any necessary information.
    The program allows one to set limits to the employees’ access to different databases if that is necessary. Managers can see only a part of the program with orders and customers. An accountant can control the financial unit, which includes not only the accounts of customers and partners, but also enables one to keep record of the internal expenditures of the company proper, up to the employees’ payroll. The supervisor can obtain lots of reports from the analytical unit with a few clicks: from the efficiency of manager’s work for a certain period, financial income, debts on accounts, up to statistics of the most popular tourist destinations.
    The program provides many opportunities for convenient work necessary for stable and dynamic development of the company.
    1. In the Administration Module a system administrator can control both system settings and user rights (that is he or she can set an individual level of access to the system parts and options necessary for working, depending on internal company policies).
    2. In the Reference Module all the background information needed to properly operate the company is given. The information once entered into the reference section is used while further working with all other functional parts of the software package.
    3. The Finance Module allows one to assess the financial condition of the company very quickly. Though it isn’t an accounting program, it offers a flexible opportunity to monitor the cash flows of the company and take them into account.
    4. The Tourism Module is a basic module for tourism management, with an option providing full tours or selling separate services. This module also has special options allowing to work out price lists of a company, provide special offers, and control the reservation of hotel rooms.
    5. The Tickets Module is designed to work with tickets managers. It allows one to get a full control over the tickets available and sell them.
    6. The Charter Flights Module is designed to arrange charter flights, to create and view the schedule.
    7. In the Reports Module a manager receives timely and relevant information about the activity of the company through efficient analysis of various indicators in selected periods.
    8. The Organizer Module helps to create one’s own E-mail newsletter. It also reminds one of clients’ birthdays and helps to keep all records of communication with customers and partners.
    9. On-line Module or online sale of travel services is an online technology, a new channel of distributing tourism products that enhances prestige, competitiveness and profitability of the company.
