• Postgraduate Education: Work activities in the spare time

Work activities in the spare time

During postgraduate training postgraduate students have the right to work in extra-curricular time in part-time (but no more than 0.5 rates for a position held). In this case, the scholarship is paid in full.

Postgraduate students are obliged to submit schedules (or certificates) of their working time to their Postgraduate Study Departments before the beginning of each of the terms of postgraduate training (if it has an educational component – training courses in disciplines according to the curriculum) that indicates the position that is held by a postgraduate, and a time schedule that he works on in a period equal to the duration of the next term of postgraduate training.

The working hours indicated in the post-graduate student’s working time schedule can not coincide with the post-graduate student’s study schedules in the next term of postgraduate training.

The time schedule (or reference) of a postgraduate must be certified at the place of work by the head of the personnel department and the manager (or his deputy) of the enterprise, institution or organization where the postgraduate works.

At the end of the calendar year, until December 31, postgraduates are obliged to submit a certificate on use of working time during the passing year to the Postgraduate Study Department.
