Training and certification of experts
In accordance with paragraph 17 of Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine «On State Regulation of Securities Market in Ukraine» and paragraph 40 of the Regulation on the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market, approved by the Decree of the President of Ukraine on 23.11. 2011 № 1063/2011 and in accordance with the Regulation on Certification of Persons Engaged in Professional Activity with Securities in Ukraine, approved by the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market on 29.07.1998, № 93, the persons who perform or intend to perform professional activity at the stock market of Ukraine should obligatory get certified by the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market in prescribed manner.
Training experts in stock market issues
According to the Common Training Programs for Experts in Stock Market Issues, approved by the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market on 20.08.2010, № 1333, experts in stock market issues are trained in the following areas:

Management of Assets;

Depository Activities;
-
Trade Issues at the Stock Market;
-
Registering the Inscribed Stock Holders;
-
Securities Trading Issues.
-
Training of Accountants, Professional Stock Market Dealers and Emitters;
-
Training of Experts in Financial Monitoring of Professional Stock Market Dealers’ Activity.
According to the results of a full or short term (for professionals) study, a student is awarded a certificate.
Accountants’ Training
According to the
Common Training Program for Accountants as Professional Stock Market Dealers, approved by the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market on 30.05.2005, № 95, as well as Professional Requirements for Accountants as Professional Securities Market Dealers, approved by the Commission on 24.04.2007 , the № 815, accountants are trained in the following areas:

Legal Foundations of Business Activity;

Fundamentals of Financial Monitoring;
-
Securities Market and Its Regulation;
-
Accounting and Financial Reporting;
-
Levying Taxes on Securities Transactions and the Received;
-
Peculiarities of VAT and State Duty Implementation at the Securities Market.
According to the results of qualification exam a student is awarded a qualification certificate of a specialist in securities accounting issues.
Training experts in financial monitoring of professional stock market dealers’ activity
According to the
Common Training Program for Specialists in Financial Monitoring of Professional Stock Market Dealers, approved by the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market on 19.07.2005, № 438 with amendments, and to the Procedure of Organizing Professional Training of Experts in Financial Monitoring of Professional Securities Market Dealers’ Activity, with its new version being approved by the Commission on16.02.2010, № 152, specialists in financial monitoring are trained in the following areas:

System of Financial Monitoring in Ukraine;

Organizing Financial Monitoring by the Entities of Initial Financial Monitoring;
-
Basic Principles of Disclosing Financial Transactions That May be Related to Money Laundering or Financing Terrorism;

Procedure of Registration and Transferring Information on Financial Transactions which are Subject to Financial Monitoring;

Procedure of Monitoring the Way the Entities of Initial Financial Monitoring Comply with Legal Requirements for Prevention and Counteraction to Money Laundering;

Specific Character of Financial Monitoring Performed by Professional Securities Market Dealers.
According to the results of the qualification exam a student is awarded a qualification certificate of specialist in financial monitoring issues.
