On September 15, an organizational meeting with the first year postgraduate students takes place: a meeting of first year postgraduate students with the rector and leading university scientists.
In the five-day term after enrolling in the postgraduate studies at S. Kuznets KhNEU, the applicant (postgraduate student) is obliged to submit to the department of postgraduate and doctoral studies of S. Kuznets KhNEU the following documents:
During the 1st week of September, for first year postgraduate students (enrolled in 2018), the presentations of free choice disciplines from the cycle of professional scientific training for 1 year of study will be held. The timetable will be announced later and posted on the “Ad Bulletin”
Not less than in 2 weeks from the day of enrollment, the postgraduate student is obliged to discuss and approve the topic of the dissertation at the department meeting after which the student provides the protocol of the department meeting and the completed form (the standard sample) with the scientific basis of the topic of the dissertation to the postgraduate and doctorate department of S. Kuznets KhNEU. Later (no later than a month from the day of enrollment to the studies) the dissertation topic of the post-graduate student (with his or her presence) is discussed at the meeting of the relevant commission and approved (if necessary, with refinements) by the Academic Council of S. Kuznets KhNEU.
Within a month from the day of enrollment, postgraduate students fill out an individual plan of work (plan figures) of the studies in two copies and submit it to the postgraduate and doctoral department.
Mutual obligations of the University and the postgraduate student whose training is carried out the expense of the state budget funds or at the expense of individuals or legal entities are determined in the contract, which a postgraduate student (doctoral student) signs with S. Kuznets KhNEU (see Rules for admission to the post-graduate course and doctorate in the name of S. Kuznets KhNEU in 2018).
