Rules for admission to the postgraduate and doctorate courses of the Kharkov National Economic University named after Simon Kuznets in 2018
Admission documents / Documents to be submitted for postgraduate studies:
- an application addressed to the Rector;
- list of published scientific papers and inventions (if available) signed by the head of the department and scientific advisor
- copies of published articles / abstracts (if available) signed by expected scientific advisor
- winner`s certificates and certificates of excellence on the speciality (if available)
- research proposal in the chosen speciality signed by a scientific advisor (Sample)
- review on the scientific report made by a scientific advisor
- review on the interview with an applicant made by a scientific advisor
- the document (the original and its copy) of the previously received educational (educational and qualification) level, on the basis of which admission is made;
- Annex (the original and its copy) to the document on the previously obtained educational (educational and qualification) level, on the basis of which information on learning outcomes is received (if available);
- A copy of the alien’s passport or stateless identity document;
- medical insurance policy, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine;
- 4 photos of 30 x 40 mm;
- A copy of the certificate of a foreign Ukrainian (if available)
Admission of acceding documents
The Department of Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies (work schedule) submits the following documents:
- реферат
- list of published scientific papers and inventions (if available) signed by the head of the department and scientific advisor
- copies of published articles / abstracts (if available) signed by expected scientific advisor
- winner`s certificates and certificates of excellence on the speciality (if available)
- research proposal in the chosen speciality signed by a scientific advisor (Sample)
- review on the scientific report made by a scientific advisor
- review on the interview with an applicant made by a scientific advisor
The following documents are submitted to the dean of the Faculty of Training Foreign Citizens (work schedule):
- the document (the original and its copy) of the previously received educational (educational and qualification) level, on the basis of which admission is made;
- Annex (the original and its copy) to the document on the previously obtained educational (educational and qualification) level, on the basis of which information on learning outcomes is received (if available);
- A copy of the alien’s passport or stateless identity document;
- medical insurance policy, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine;
- 4 photos of 30 x 40 mm;
- A copy of the certificate of a foreign Ukrainian (if available);
Recognition of foreign education certificates is carried out in accordance with the Order of recognition of degrees of higher education received in foreign higher educational institutions, approved by Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 504 of 05/05/2015 “Some issues of recognition of foreign education documents in Ukraine”. Additional points can be awarded on basis of the diploma average academic mark and for scientific and educational achievements of postgraduate applicants (See Rules of admission for the post-graduate and doctoral studies to S. Kuznets KhNUE in 2018).
The place and time of the examinations will be published on the official website of S.Kuznets KhNUE one month earlier (See “Research”, “Notice board”)
