Admission documents
The following documents shall be submitted to participate in admission examinations for the post-graduate studies for PhD degree at S. Kuznets KhNUE:
- an application addressed to the Rector;
- a copy of the higher education diploma (Specialist, Master’s) and a diploma supplement (a transcripts of the study results).
- original and a copy of the identification document
- a copy of the identification number card
- autobiography (standard form)
- personal human resource record card with the seal of the institution in which the postgraduate applicant studies or works.
- list of published scientific papers and inventions (if available) signed by the head of the department and scientific advisor
- copies of published articles / abstracts (if available) signed by expected scientific advisor
- winner`s certificates and certificates of excellence on the speciality (if available)
- research proposal in the chosen speciality signed by a scientific advisor (Sample)
- review on the scientific report made by a scientific advisor
- review on the interview with an applicant made by a scientific advisor
- local municipal statement of residence (for non-residents) for accommodation provision
- medical health certificate form № 086/у
- two color photographs 3х4 сm
- signed original and a copy of a military registration card (an officer’s certificate) or statement of residence – for people subject to military service
Passport, a diploma of higher education and a military registration card (an officer’s certificate) shall be submitted by the applicants personally. Copies without originals are not accepted.
